Flee

The story of Amin, a 36-year-old man who fled his homeland of Kabul at a very young age to find refuge in Copenhagen. Amin, now a successful academic, about to marry the love of his life, still hides his past as a refugee. No one knows who he really is, not even his fiancé. But this facade could crumble at any minute.
For the first time in years, however, Amin decides to reveal himself and tell the story of his odyssey to his best friend. After twenty years, he seems to have finally understood that in order to fully conquer the future he so badly wants, he first needs to confront his painful past.
